Mr Marathe and I consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have come across HI-TECH ENGINEERS, an Engineering company which satisfied all our quality requirement. They have produced such critical and huge equipments’ with normal machining facilities available at their fabrication shop which otherwise would require sophisticated machine tools for manufacture. They have assisted IIT Engineers and SR.Technical Managers for Development of critical jobs or systems with a very very stringent precision mostly required for Dept of Atomic Energy.

Mr Benjamin used to study the Drawings given by his customers, deeply from functional aspect and then give his valid comments before starting of the fabrication process. They had no hesitation in suggesting the other processes like forging, electroplating, special lining, gear cutting which are needed for the job .Mr Benjamin is having very sound knowledge of Electronic Control Systems, Timers Relays etc .We have experienced this number of times.

I am furnishing herewith the very very critical or huge equipments fabricated by Hightech Engineers. Jacketed Vacuum/Pressure Filter 2.5 Meter Dia x 2.8 meter height agitator drive (Up/Down Vertical motorized movement), 4 meter long Agitator (150 mm dia with gate), Storage tanks 10 M Cube, Rotary valves, Centrifuges, Ribbon Blenders, Hot Air Generator, collectors and other Chemical Process Industries. For Paper Industries, they have produced Variety of Rollers in a range 100 mm dia to 400 m dia. with absolute precision, frames and stands on which the main machine is assembled, Bearing Housings. They also assisted us for making import substitute precision components for Internet Industry. They also developed various Screw Feeders and a Machine which cuts and separates insulation of a damaged cable ( 60 mm Dia) from the conductor.

In short, for any fabrication problem from accuracy, precision, huge size, volume ,functional requirement may be Constraint for the Purchaser but it was “thought for brain” for Hi-Tech Engineers and they solved successfully.

With all the expertise and outstanding skills, the Owners are very polite and well cultured. Another important point is they are very much dedicated to their commitments. They always attended the factory on their holidays. Even they used to stay overnight if any process or trial calls for or visit Buyers site. And this too without sacrificing their personal family life and festivals.

We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have a long and Respectful association with Hi-Tech Engineers for the last 26 years. The relations remain forever.
